Platuni organizes each application into a clear status. This structure gives your team visibility into where every applicant stands and helps you manage your leasing pipeline efficiently.
Key status definitions
Received
The application has been submitted but not yet reviewed by your team.
In review
Your team has opened the application and is actively evaluating it.
Incomplete
Required questions or documents are missing. You can request additional information from the applicant.
Approved
The applicant meets your criteria and is ready to proceed to lease signing.
Waitlisted
The applicant is qualified but the unit is either pending decision or currently filled. You may consider them for future openings.
Declined
The applicant does not meet your criteria. Your communication should remain professional and consistent with fair housing rules.
Withdrawn
The applicant chose to remove their submission or no longer wishes to proceed.
How to filter applications by status across all properties
